  • When should I arrive for my consultation?
  • Clients should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and begin the process of preparing for spa-like treatments.

  • How do I schedule my free consultation?
  • To schedule an appointment or ask questions about a service or treatment, please call

  • What if I need to cancel an appointment?
  • We understand there are times when you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please notify us 24-hours in advance to avoid a charge for the service.

  • What forms of payment are accepted?
  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks. Financing is also available for your convenience. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Can I purchase a Gift Card?
  • Gift cards are available for any service or product we offer. Please note we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.

  • Is there a place to store my personal items?
  • We provide lockers for your convenience.

  • Can I receive a refund on products or treatments?
  • Due to health concerns, product may not be returned or refunded. Service packages that are rendered will not be refunded. If you are concerned by this issue, we recommend you try a single treatment before purchasing a package. We will apply the purchase price of a single treatment to your package price. Refunds for pre-paid services or service packages ceased due to medical necessity will be reviewed by management for approval.

  • Who performs the fillers and injections?
  • All fillers and injections are performed by all of our current staff and supervised by our medical director. All staff is certified in BOTOX® and Injectable Fillers.

  • Will my insurance cover products, treatments, or cosmetic procedures
  • In general, insurance will not cover products, medical spa treatments or elective cosmetic procedures.
